An embedded automation and control system for a CPAP device built on an ESP32 microcontroller. It automates device operation, monitors operating parameters and provides wireless control and data communication over Bluetooth.
A BLDC motor driven through an ESC is the main actuator. The ESP32 runs the control logic, sensor communication and motor control, and talks to an external interface over Bluetooth. The firmware was designed for reliable long-term operation and low power.
