When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and the subject and text of your message.

To prevent abuse of the form, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept with an attempt count for at most an hour. The address itself is never stored.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme and language choices are kept only in your own browser.

Your data is used only to reply to your message and to discuss the work you asked about.

The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract at your request and legitimate interest in answering enquiries (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Your data is not shared with third parties or used for marketing. Messages are stored on the server that hosts this site; if an email service is used to send message notifications, the content passes through that service.

Messages are deleted once the conversation has run its course, or earlier on request.

You can ask whether your data is processed, request a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing (KVKK art. 11; GDPR art. 15 to 21).
